Bob and I teamed up together to create
J & B Craft Creations earlier this year. We both have
been crafting for almost 25 years each. It took a little pushing
on Bob's part to start our internet shop...and I'm so glad he
did! He's not only a very supportive boyfriend, but a hands on
partner
in every step of the way creating our designs. Well almost
everything...I won't let him sew anything because I am afraid he might sew
his big fingers together. (LOL) I won't even let him touch the
sewing machine, however he keeps threatening to buy one for
himself. I cannot encourage him on this or he will.
Let me tell you a little bit about our
families. Bob has 2 girls named Corisa and Heather. I have a
daughter Michele and a son Matthew. Each of our wonderful
children are grown and we love them dearly. I have also been
blessed with 2 grandchildren. Michael and Mikayla.
Since neither of us have any children
living in our respective homes anymore, our creations have now
become our children. Each one is lovingly made and we both enjoy
creating every one of them! In fact, just like any proud parents, we name each of
them. If we are not designing together, you might find us
at either a fabric shop or antique store as we love going to
both....and never leave any place with nothing in our hands.
Then again, if it above 60 degrees, you will find me watching
freighters or Bob trying to fish on the dock....I say try
because Bob catches more Gobies (an invasive fish that tagged
along on a foreign freighter) than anything. Just kidding....we
have had a few perch dinners now. Anyway, we both love what we do and we
hope that you love our "children" as much as we
do.
